What is computer ?

Today all of us are fimilliar with the computing machine some of us call it as a computer or a PC. A computer is a modern device which is nothing but a complex calculator that enables us to perfom much difficult calculations within seconds .


Computer didn't just bacome what is it today but it had to gone through many evolution stages just like humans or others inventions.


First practical computiiing machine idea was given by a British mathematician Alan Turing when he was approached by British govt to decipher the german encoded messages during the second world war in 1945.


Alan was asked to break Enigma (german code machine) by providing mathematical solutions but when he saw the dynamic functionality of machine then he thought that instead of beating a machine by human , there should be machine to beat the machine.


Then he started working to build the machine that can compute the large calculations faster than humans.

He named his machine CHRISTOPHER

    This was the beginning of the new generation , from then till today computer field has been developing leaps and bounds .


Initially computers were very big and huge energy consuming , because they included heavy equipments like , electric wires and vacum tubes but with the passage of time computer became smart and fast.

Modern computer

Today computers are in every field of life , in every office and institution computers are visible and many forms of them are available.
